Shamanic Healing & Counseling
Shamanism is believed to be the first spiritual practice known to humankind. As a healing tradition, Shamanism supports regeneration to one's entire being by restoring soul parts lost during trauma or illness, and removing impeding spiritual and energetic influences. A shamanic healing session also offers insight, guidance and tools to address the client’s current issues and challenges. The intention is to provide practical ways to help shift what is out of balance into a place of alignment and harmony. Because this work involves such deep healing and requires solid integration for lasting results, I strongly recommend the initial consultation and session be followed up with two additional sessions within a two-month window. ~ sessions from $150 (packages available)
This is not your everyday massage! Lomilomi is an ancient Hawaiian healing art, and there are as many different styles of Lomilomi as there are Hawaiian family lineages. It is a multi-layered, energy shifting touch therapy that can change your mind, body and emotions for the good. Only after receiving Lomi can one truly understand its power. I have adopted some components of contemporary Temple Lomi which readily blend with the more traditional Kino and Kahea techniques, bringing my clients the healing power of Aloha from the islands of Maui and Kauai. This tranquil bodywork includes pule, salt bath, "bone washing" and breath work. Each session is individualized to allow the client's own bodymind to fully participate and prioritize the work needed.

Intuitive Energy Work
In these individualized and diverse treatment sessions I utilize tools from multiple modalities to help move your "stuck" energy into it's rightful flow. Your chakras may need to be balanced, or perhaps some energetic extraction is in order, or both. We may also work on bodymind alignment, aura clearing, reflexology and acupressure points, and your organ meridians. I may use essential oils and/or crystals, as they will amplify your body's natural healing capability, and I will send you off with some practical self-care exercises to keep yourself in tune. ~ $125 (packages available)
doTerra AromaTouch
The therapeutic application of essential oils is often referred to as aromatherapy. However, there is far more to benefit from than just enjoying a nice scent during your treatment session. This modality is effective to promote balance in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health of the individual. I incorporate these important, healing botanicals into many aspects of my practice for their grounding, uplifting, and antiseptic properties. And they smell heavenly! Reiki
As a traditional healing modality that communicates with the energy systems within the bodymind, Reiki is a gentle yet powerful facilitator of healing and change. Treatments naturally aid in the healing process by providing deep relaxation, and can help normalize sleep cycles, enhance your immune response, increase your energy stores, and improve your mood. I teach Levels I and II in individual or small class settings, and I love working with Reiki for animals, too! ~ from $50
Space Clearing & Blessing
Energetically, everything that ever happens in a building is recorded in the walls, floor, ceiling, wiring, plumbing, and sometimes even the furniture. Repetitive actions and behaviors are deeply imprinted, especially those accompanied by strong emotions or trauma. Space Clearing removes stagnant and negative energy from a structure and the ground it was built on. I work with my clients to set bright, new intentions for the freshly cleared space and create a blessing ceremony guided by those intentions. This is sacred work and I often use it in combination with Land Healing. ~ from $350
